About the role

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end Board, Committee, and shareholder governance processes, including agenda setting, minutes, and action tracking
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations (LODR, PIT, SDD, RPT) and oversee timely disclosures, filings, and stock exchange communications
• Lead corporate law compliance including Companies Act, FEMA, secretarial standards, and execution of corporate actions (AGMs, dividends, ESOPs, buybacks)
• Oversee insider trading, promoter disclosures, and related party transactions (RPTs), ensuring robust governance and documentation frameworks
• Drive group governance across subsidiaries and international entities, supporting M&A, restructuring, and regulatory compliance
