Company Secretary

About the role

As the Company Secretary for Goodyear South Asia Tyres Private Limited and Goodyear Technology Centre India Private Limited, you will support the end-to-end corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and secretarial functions for a listed entity and two group companies in India.

What you'll do

• Support the implementation and monitoring of corporate governance frameworks, policies, and compliance practices
• Track regulatory changes and advise relevant stakeholders on compliance implications
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings
• Prepare and circulate agendas, board packs, notices, resolutions, and supporting documentation
• Draft, finalize, and maintain minutes and records in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements

What you need
