Company Secretary

About the role

As Company Secretary, you will serve as a key advisor to the Board of Directors and Senior Management on corporate governance, Companies Act, and secretarial matters. You will manage end-to-end secretarial and governance functions across the Company and its group entities, oversee statutory and regulatory filings, and lead Board, Committee, and Shareholder meeting processes.
