About the role

Looking for a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while providing support to the board of directors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate governance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do

Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements
Advise the board on their responsibilities and obligations under corporate law and company policies
Prepare and distribute board meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation
Coordinate logistics for board meetings and ensure proper documentation of discussions and decisions
Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory environment, ensuring the company remains compliant
