Company Secretary Management Trainee

About the role

As a CS Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and training in corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial functions within the organization. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in Company Secretary responsibilities, including regulatory compliance, corporate administration, and stakeholder management.

What you'll do

• Assist in ensuring compliance with the Corporate Laws and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Support the preparation, review, and filing of required documents, annual returns, and filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC)
• Aid in drafting board resolutions, notices, and minutes of board and shareholder meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate sharing of information with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in coordinating with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed
