About the role

CS Compliance SPOC on the work related to Debt raise, NCD raise undertaken by the REIT Interface between secretarial team & rest of the organisation for all matters concerning these Cos. Compliance with REIT Regulations, Insider Trading, Equity and Debt Listing Regulations, Corporate Governance framework and suggest improvements wherever required.

What you'll do

• Preparing Agendas, Minutes, Conducting meetings, Statutory filings, Reportings,, Other compliance with CA13, etc
• Ensuring timely compliance with all REIT Regulations concerning the SPVs of REIT
• Ensuring timely compliance with LODR Regulations concerning the SPVs of REIT
• Ensuring compliance with Companies Act and Rules framed thereunder
• Working on acquisitions of SPVs / Assets by the REIT and all related regulatory compliances

What you need

• 6–9 yrs of experience
