What you'll do

• Work closely with senior stakeholders on day-to-day tasks
• Support the Company Secretary in managing Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions
• Ensure ongoing compliance with corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and secretarial standards while maintaining accurate filings and records
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents including agreements, contracts, and internal policies
• Coordinate with key stakeholders such as Registrars and Transfer Agents and maintain compliance trackers for regulatory submissions
