Compliance And Risk Mangement

About the role

This role will own end-to-end product compliance, regulatory readiness, product safety and risk management across the product lifecycle — from concept and sourcing through testing, certification, import and commercial launch. The role will work closely with Product, R&D, Quality, Sourcing, Imports, SCM, Legal and international brand partners to ensure products are safe, legally compliant, properly tested, correctly documented and market-ready.

What you'll do

• Own product regulatory compliance and identify applicable regulations, standards, certifications and approvals across relevant Indian and international markets
• Conduct product safety and regulatory risk assessments, establish risk classification and define risk mitigation measures
• Maintain a Product Compliance & Risk Register with clear ownership and closure timelines
• Drive testing and certification requirements, including coordination with laboratories, certification agencies and consultants; review test reports and certificates
• Partner with Product, R&D, Quality, Sourcing and Design teams from the NPD/concept stage to build compliance into product specifications, components, BOMs
