About the role

Compliance Executive (Compliance & Administration) As a company selling GPS and telematics hardware and services across several states, ATSPL must keep many licences, registrations and product certifications valid at all times. sales or a tender bid. This role makes sure every non-HR compliance is tracked, renewed on time and audit-ready.

What you'll do

• Maintain a single compliance calendar and tracker for all licences, registrations, certifications and renewals, with owners and due dates
• Product and regulatory certifications: coordinate documentation and renewals for device approvals and certifications relevant to our products (e.g. AIS-140
• Corporate and statutory compliance: coordinate ROC filings, statutory registers and board documentation with the company secretary/CA; track GST
• Tender and customer compliance: keep certificates, declarations and company documents ready and current for tenders, enterprise customers and government bodies
• Prepare for audits and inspections; maintain organised digital records that anyone can retrieve quickly
