About the role
The Assistant Compliance Manager will support the Compliance Manager in maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance, risk management, quality assurance and audit readiness across the business.
What you'll do
- Manage Team Leaders and their teams in the day-to-day running of the department
- Lead, motivate and develop a diverse, multi-level team
- Monitor team performance against agreed targets and quality standards
- Regulatory Monitoring & Reporting
- Keep up to date with relevant UK healthcare regulations, regulatory changes and industry requirements
