About the role

Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI mandatory); LLB or equivalent qualification preferred. High-impact leadership role with direct Board and senior stakeholder exposure. Opportunity to shape governance and compliance within a leading investment platform.

What you'll do

  • Lead Governance & Board Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and oversee board, committee, and corporate governance processes
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Work closely with institutional investors, regulators, trustees, auditors, custodians, and other key stakeholders
