What you'll do

• Manage SEBI and RBI compliances for AIFs and PMS
• Handle FEMA filings including FC-GPR, FC-TRS, FLA, DI and related regulatory reporting
• Support investor onboarding, AML/KYC, FATCA and compliance monitoring
• Liaise with SEBI, RBI, trustees, investors and other stakeholders
• Assist in Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, Companies Act compliances and ROC filings
