Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Analyst

About the role

The role involves ensuring data accuracy, service mapping, discovery integration, and CMDB compliance to support IT Service Management (ITSM), Asset Management, and IT Operations.

What you'll do

• Own and maintain CMDB data quality, governance, and lifecycle management
• Design, implement, and optimize CMDB processes, standards, and workflows
• Manage Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations with ITSM/ITOM tools
• Analyze and resolve CMDB data discrepancies, ensuring configuration item (CI) accuracy
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, cloud, and operations teams to maintain CI relationships
