Construction Manager

About the role

Construction Manager shall be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising and monitoring all construction activities of the Industrial Park, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality, HSE, programme, cost and contractual requirements, and effectively managing interfaces among all contractors, utility systems and project stakeholders through testing, commissioning and final handover.

What you'll do

• Monitor Program schedules and plans for compliance with the contract and advise on the impact of any non‐compliance
• Develop a claims management process that includes evaluation of responsibility, impact, and costs and includes a dispute resolution process
• Perform reviews of the Contractors, Suppliers, to ensure contract compliance and performance
• Review and approval of the Work Programme submitted by the Contractors
• Monitor and review of construction progress and reporting to Client through monthly progress reports
