About the role

Enterprise technology must do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementation of D365 Business Central.

What you'll do

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and validate system releases
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Jobs, and Manufacturing
• Collaborate closely with the product team, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define clear acceptance criteria and business case scenarios
• Troubleshoot integration issues, identify data sync failures, and provide root cause analysis and resolutions
• Collaborate with developers and technical consultants to test new functionalities and third-party integrations
