Consultant - Payment Operations

About the role

In this light, our Reconciliation manager plays a very critical role by taking ownership of all payments transaction processing and be responsible for day-to-day, month-to-month SLAs.

What you'll do

• As an Consulant in our Payment Processing team you will –Liaise with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Customer Service, Product
• Reconcile incoming customers' money with their transactions and making sure their wallets have sufficient balance for the execution of their transactions
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve payment processing issues
• Verify statements for various banks and currencies before reprocessing or refunding transactions
• Creating monthly Invoices for clients and tracking their settlement

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Reconciliation
• MIS reporting
• Customer service
• Accounting
• Compliance
• Any graduate
