Consultant – Tax Technology Consulting – Contract Lifecycle Management The role of technology in legal functions is growing exponentially and allowing legal departments to transform how they improve their processes, increase efficiencies and transform the future of legal services delivery.

What you'll do

• Deliver services for companies that streamline their process and increase efficiency; leveraging numerous applications
• Configure contract management technologies based on requirements documented by the TMC client facing team
• Conduct user acceptance testing to compile comprehensive test scenarios and identify flaws as well as improvements to newly built systems and processes
• Gather and document contract management requirements for business and performing system fit and gap analysis

What you need

• 3–15 yrs of experience
• Test cases
• Chartered Accountant or MBA
