Consulting Architect - Observability

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Senior Consulting Architect to join our Global Capability Center. This senior role is critical to the success of our global customers, focusing on the strategic design and hands-on implementation of the Elastic Stack with focus on Search AI.

What you'll do

• Work with clients to facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and sizing in workshops
• Apply your soft skills to advocate for your customers, build relationships and exhibit strong communications skills
• Comfortability working remotely or on-site in a highly distributed team
• Daily tasks include driving and handling the objectives, requirements gathering, project tasks, project status, dependencies, and timelines
• Work across teams with engineering, product management, and support teams to identify feature improvements, extensions, and product defects
