What you'll do

• The Consumer & Shopper Insights Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, governance and quality of consumer and shopper insight delivery
• The role leads multidisciplinary work across consumer typologies, demand spaces, consumer and shopper journeys, insight and foresight, primary and secondary research
• The role translates business questions into rigorous research, analytics and technology-enabled insight solutions; ensures outputs are actionable
