About the role

Overview Deliver Social Intelligence and Consumer Insights projects across brands, markets and business questions, including innovation, communications, brand strategy, consumer trends and foresight. Translate business challenges into structured social-listening and research studies, supported by clear analytical plans.

What you'll do

• Lead projects end to end, including brief alignment, analysis, report development and presentation of results
• Analyse digital conversations, consumer trends and market signals using tools such as Talkwalker, Trendscope, Tastewise and ConvoTrack
• Integrate multiple quantitative and qualitative data sources to explain both what is happening and why it is happening
• Own recurring CreativeX reporting and deep-dive audits, analysing creative-quality performance
• Monitor data quality and platform readiness, including ad-account and brand-page connections, asset taxonomy and accurate separation of branded

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• PowerPoint
• BBA or MBA
