About the role

The Consumer Science and Product Intelligence (CSPI) Wellness India Senior Scientist role is a strategic and operational role that ensures we put the Consumer First, Always in everything we do.

What you'll do

• E2E Consumer Science for Wellness India
• Deliver consumer and product evidence to identify superiority, guide product design, support claims
• Develop and apply leading-edge testing methods, including AI- and digitally enabled tools, to improve decision speed and deliver noticeable
• Lead end-to-end consumer evidence delivery from early need definition and prototype learning through formulation lock, launch and post-launch optimisation
• Validate non-clinical claims with consumers using robust qualitative and quantitative research

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Chemistry
• Pharmacology
• Physics
• B.Sc or M.Sc
