What you'll do

• Take measures to provide excellent customer service to basic inbound customer calls by staying up to date on training and internal communications
• Takes ownership of issues and understands when and how to escalate concerns appropriately
• Responsible for achieving individual key performance indicators while certifying compliance with operational risk controls and regulatory requirements
• Effectively advising, communicating, empathizing, resolving conflict and responding sensitively to clients
• Responsible for ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every interaction
