Content Analyst

About the role

This position is for Content Analyst in FIFX pricing team BLR Monitoring/FI RIC Monitoring, in Bangalore. The role is required to provide 24/5 coverage for Real Time and Historical FIFXMM data that is supported on flagship products such as Workspace, TRTH, DSS and alike; responsible for ensuring relevant pricing data is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner while also supporting prioritized projects.

What you'll do

• Be accountable for validating Real-Time and End of Day data for Fixed Income/ Foreign Exchange instruments
• Observe market events to anticipate changes in instruments for which we carry out Real-Time monitoring
• Work with content service teams to identify trends and areas of concern raised by clients with solutions to reduce Data Corrected Cases
• Respond to data queries from customers and provide high-level support to such users
• Be able to work on projects, process improvements and migrations
