Contract & Procurement Expert – Hydropower & Pumped Storage Projects

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Contract & Procurement Expert with a minimum of 20 years of professional experience in contract management, procurement planning, and preparation of tender documents for hydropower and pumped storage projects.

What you'll do

• Develop procurement strategies for hydropower and pumped storage projects in accordance with project requirements and applicable procurement guidelines
• Prepare and review prequalification (PQ) documents, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Qualification (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Draft and review General Conditions of Contract (GCC), Special Conditions of Contract (SCC), technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), schedules
• Prepare tender documents for major project packages, including: Civil works
• Transmission and switchyard works

What you need

• 20–30 yrs of experience

• B.Tech or B.E. or BBA or MBA
