Contracts & Procurement Head | Real Estate | Delhi-NCR

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: 15+ years of experience in Contracts, Procurement, and Commercial Management within the Real Estate or Construction sector. Proven track record of handling large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Prior experience with leading real estate developers, construction companies, or infrastructure organizations will be highly preferred.

What you'll do

• Lead commercial strategy for high-value real estate projects
• Work closely with promoters and senior leadership on key decisions
• Lead end-to-end contract management and contract administration activities
• Manage tendering processes, bid evaluations, and contract finalization
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer work orders and commercial agreements
