Contracts Associate/Administrator

About the role

This position will focus on assisting with responses to public tenders, RFPs, public and private solicitations, routine drafting of high-volume agreements as well as supporting the contracts lifecycle management process, and administration of other commercial contract matters. It requires working cross-functionally with other departments throughout the organization both domestically and internationally, moving projects forward as the key legal stakeholder.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary legal point of contact and responder for Indian public tenders/RFPs, private RFPs, vendor and due diligence questionnaires
