Contracts Engineer

About the role

Validate customer Purchase Orders (POs) against quotations and project specifications to ensure accuracy; collaborate with Inside Sales and Engineering to resolve discrepancies and maintain contract integrity. Document and communicate any deviations, assumptions, or exceptions to customer specifications with appropriate justification and approval.

What you'll do

• Review, comprehend, and execute commercial and technical specifications to ensure full compliance with the scope of work outlined in each PO
• Coordinate with regional sales and service teams to ensure seamless order execution and delivery
• Generate and distribute Management Information System (MIS) reports to relevant stakeholders
• Execute order entry into MTMS with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy to prevent downstream complications
• Execute additional responsibilities as directed by supervisor
