Coordinator / Specialist - Human Resource

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, International HR, this role will work closely with the international HR team, local HR teams across the globe, and our Protiviti HR Centres of Excellence. You will be responsible for co-ordinating key HR compliance activities. You will have the opportunity to support our key global HR processes and our Global HR Leaders as we deliver against our HR strategy.

What you'll do

• The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed
• Responsible for the coordination and administration of HR compliance processes across the international regions
• Regular testing of HR controls to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements, such as System and Organization Controls 2 (SOC2)
• Facilitating the annual policy acknowledgment processes for key HR Policies
• Maintenance of Global HR intranet pages to ensure appropriate policy management
