Corporate HR Manager

About the role

Will be part of Central HR team, managing Corporate functions for entire life cycle (hire to retire). Build relationships with Vertical Heads & Regional HRs, support resolution to all people and business issues. Handling recruitment of Mid & Senior level positions via direct channels (Naukri, Referral other social platforms)

What you'll do

• Build relationships with Vertical Heads & Regional HRs, support resolution to all people and business issues
• Handling recruitment of Mid & Senior level positions via direct channels (Naukri, Referral other social platforms)
• Manage MIS on Headcount tracking reports, Hiring Trackers, HR processes etc
• Manage the entire Performance Management cycle – Goal Setting Exercise, Performance Appraisals, Mid-year Review, etc
