Corporate Innovation Lab Leader

About the role

In this role you will be working on building innovative enablers and accelerators for our federal clients.

What you'll do

• Define and lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery standards for FedTec's SaaS and AI-native innovation center, spanning AI transformation, service management
• Design, build, and maintain reusable enablers, accelerators, and reference architectures that reduce cost and time-to-value on federal client engagements
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and consultants, building a culture of innovation and continuous learning
• Partner with business development and capture teams to shape technical solutions, proposals, and win strategies for federal opportunities
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with cloud, SaaS, and AI technology vendors to bring emerging capabilities into FedTec's federal offerings

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
