About the role

This is a Senior Leadership role responsible for getting approvals, managing government relationships, tracking regulatory changes, and ensuring client's projects in Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad move smoothly without delays. Standardize approval processes, governance frameworks, and operational playbooks across the region.

What you'll do

• Lead and expedite regulatory approvals, permits, and statutory clearances for development projects across South India
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and utility providers
• Monitor infrastructure developments, urban planning policies, zoning regulations, and growth corridors to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and manage a centralized regulatory intelligence and knowledge repository, including approvals, contacts, policy updates, and best practices
• Establish and oversee a digital permit-tracking system with dashboards, governance metrics, and real-time reporting

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• Telecom
• B.Tech or B.E. or MBA
