What you'll do

• You organize and run board and general meetings, prepare resolutions and minutes, and maintain all statutory registers, minute books and records
• You manage our ROC filings and annual compliance cycle under the Companies Act, including annual returns, director declarations and KYC, auditor appointments
• You monitor our RBI and FEMA obligations, such as annual returns, FDI and ECB reporting, and the reporting of intra-group payments and dividend repatriation
• You take care of registrations and local compliance, including GST, Shops and Establishment, Professional Tax, EPFO and digital signatures
• You work with our external advisors, auditors and authorities, and make sure that external support is used where it adds value, and not where an Emmie can do it faster

What you need
