Cost Engineer Mobility at Eaton. Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company.

What you'll do

• We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027
• The Should Cost Engineer will be responsible for developing part and product-level cost estimates working within the Supply Chain Management
• The work will be process-based, will deploy analytical costing models and involve close collaboration with business stakeholders and subject-matter experts
• "1. Build should-cost models for parts and products using internal and external sources of information, tear-down analysis etc
• Develop cost estimates for PCB/PCBAs, electrical/electronic components, ECUs, sensors, connectors, wiring harnesses, motors, actuators

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
