About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Cost Manager with 7+ years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, project controls, and contract administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring financial efficiency, budget adherence, and commercial value while supporting successful project delivery.

What you'll do

• Cost Planning & Budget Management
• Lead the development of project budgets, cost plans, and estimates
• Prepare and manage cost forecasts across all project phases
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses
• Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project expenditure without compromising quality
