Cost to Serve Analyst - Global Service Operation

About the role

You will work closely with senior leaders and country teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, track results, and support transformation initiatives that deliver measurable operational and financial impact.

What you'll do

• Analytics & Insights Analyze operational and financial data to identify productivity and cost optimization opportunities
• Support the quantification of improvement initiatives and development of business cases
• Create dashboards, reports, and performance insights to support decision-making and benefit tracking
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations
• Transformation Support Support the preparation and facilitation of Cost to Serve workshops

What you need
