Country Training Manager

About the role

Manager that owns the region's technical skills implementation and execution strategy of global standards surrounding training standards and process. Accountable for both regional technical capability outcomes, and workforce readiness.

What you'll do

• Ensuring training practices are aligned with global methodology, plant needs, and operational requirements
• Providing regional guidance and decision-making support to local teams
• Auditing training routines to quantify alignment with global standards and foster continuous development of technical excellence and knowledge/best practice sharing…
• Own and consolidate KPIs for all plants in the region
• Communicate insights and recommendations to Managing Directors, Operational Directors and Global Director of Training
