CPR India Market Lead

About the role

Drive business growth for our Retail and Consumer Products & Retail (CPR) Advisory practice by leading Business Development efforts with primary focus on India. Spearhead opportunity identification, proposal development, and account expansion in retail/CG across the value chain.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end BD cycles: prospecting, pitching, ability to create and manage deals, and close with C-suite stakeholders in retail/CPR sectors
• Build and nurture strategic client relationships, expanding accounts through upselling advisory services across value chain
• Spearhead latest in technology (AI and Agentic) conversation in the Industry(function focused) relevant landscape
• Analyze market trends and competitors to craft targeted go-to-market strategies
• 15+ years in retail/CPR consulting (e.g., Big 4, boutique firms), with 5+ years in BD/sales achieving quotas (e.g., "xx" value of annual pipeline)
