Credit Manager- Personal loans

About the role

We are looking for a Credit Manager specializing in Personal Loan Underwriting to assess loan applications, evaluate creditworthiness, and make informed credit decisions in line with the organization's credit policies and risk parameters.

What you'll do

• Underwrite personal loan applications as per defined credit policies and underwriting guidelines
• Assess customer eligibility based on income, employment stability, banking statements, credit bureau reports, and repayment capacity
• Analyze customer profiles, existing obligations, FOIR, credit history, and repayment behavior
• Identify potential fraud, policy deviations, and high-risk applications
• Approve, reject, or recommend loan applications within the delegated credit authority
