About the role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Credit Manager to lead a team of credit professionals in underwriting and managing proposals for Working Capital Finance, including both fund and non-fund based products. The role involves evaluating customer proposals, structuring deals, and ensuring high-quality credit decisions within defined turnaround times.

What you'll do

Manage a team of Credit Managers and oversee underwriting activities
Ensure high-quality underwriting and support branch business targets through training
Conduct customer visits for personal discussions and deal structuring
Monitor portfolio quality through regular review of monitoring reports
Evaluate proposals for Home Loans and Loan Against Property
