What you'll do

• Frame and refine credit policy across lending products and Monitor portfolio performance indicators and flag emerging risk trends and mitigation
• Support rollout of new credit and risk initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Maintain documentation of underwriting decisions, exceptions, and process changes for audit and governance purposes

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Credit risk
• Risk management

• Audit
• Working capital
• Accounts payable
• MBA
