• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform across CRM, CSM, enterprise workflow modules, and custom applications
• Develop and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) workflows including Case Management, Customer Interaction Management, Omnichannel Engagement, Knowledge Management
