CRO Specialist

About the role

As a CRO Specialist, you will help run the A/B testing roadmap for our Global Ecommerce Platforms. You have a deep understanding of experimentation, data analysis and user behavior/psychology. You are responsible for research, ideation, prioritization, and analysis of A/B tests, working closely together with the UX design and Development teams to implement tests.

What you'll do

• Analyze behavioral analytics data (using Mixpanel) to understand user behavior, identify pain points, and recommend optimizations
• Planning and prioritizing experiments in line with our testing strategy to meet business needs
• Assist in the design, development, setup and quality assurance of A/B tests in Optimizely
• Analyze experiment results to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to business stakeholders
