About the role

What you'll do

• Handle inbound customer service calls from US-based customers and deliver a positive customer experience
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions as per process guidelines
• Respond to product, service, and general customer inquiries while maintaining quality and compliance standards
• Meet performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and schedule adherence
