Customer Account Specialist

About the role

Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment.

What you'll do

• Manage customer lifecycle and collection processes
• Monitor, document, and resolve payment deviations and delays
• Act as the primary accounts receivable point of contact for customers
• Resolve invoicing and payment-related queries
• Collaborate with customers' accounts payable teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment processing
