Customer Care/Back Office Executive

About the role

Manage customer relationships and regular follow-ups. Handle customer enquiries, orders, quotations, and documentation. Maintain CRM records and update customer information. Coordinate with sales, operations, and transport teams. Resolve customer queries and ensure timely service. Prepare reports and maintain daily records.
