About the role

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for delinquent customers, guiding them through the process of paying off their overdue EMP payments and any associated penalties. Your role is vital in maintaining the company's financial health and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you'll do

• Be the primary point of contact for delinquent customers, guiding them through the process of paying off their overdue EMP payments and any associated penalties
• Establish and maintain effective communication with delinquent customers to negotiate payment plans and ensure timely debt recovery
• Provide excellent customer service, offering clear and concise information about payment options and due dates
• Collaborate with the Collections team to develop strategies for effective debt collection and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Monitor customer accounts, identify potential payment issues, and take proactive measures to prevent further delinquency
