About the role

Role Summary -The Welcome Host will work as part of the site based Facilities Management team acting as the first point of contact for all staff, contractors and visitors attending site welcoming them to the site and assisting in checking them in/directing them to events/meetings etc. This role would be ideal for an individual with front of house management experience looking for the next step in their career in a fast paced, customer facing environment which is going through rapid expansion

What you'll do

• Meet & greet all those entering the building in a warm, professional and polite manner
• Maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
• Assist with training existing staff and new hires
• Coordinate internal meetings and support the JLL Events Coordinator
• Record and enter data for guests / contractors attending site

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
• Complaint handling
• Customer service
• Escalation handling
• Facility management
• Problem solving
• Any graduate
