Customer Executive Engagement Leader

About the role

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role operating at the nexus of AWS India’s most important customer relationships. You will work across India’s highest-priority accounts spanning enterprise, digital-native, and public sector customers ensuring that every executive interaction creates lasting value.

What you'll do

• Responsible for orchestrating and elevating executive customer engagement across AWS India’s highest-priority accounts and strategic partners
• Scale through influence and get things done with and through others without direct reporting line authority
• Own and drive executive engagement programs, ensuring every interaction creates lasting customer value
• Serve as the single-threaded owner for customer commitment follow-through including tracking, unblocking, escalating
• Liaise across Sales, Partner, Marketing, Specialist, Technology, and Global Sales Operations teams
