Customer Insights / Research Manager

About the role

This person is the evolution from "we have the data" to "we changed a campaign, a persona, or a business call because of it." Research today is split across people layering it on top of other jobs; this role replaces that with a single, dedicated owner who can run the full research lifecycle independently, identify where new research should happen before anyone asks, collaborate with stakeholders where needed, and scale the practice to match how fast the business moves.

What you'll do

• Survey Design & Development (30%) - Independently develop, program, and field quantitative surveys in Qualtrics
• Insight-to-Action Translation (25%) - Convert findings into concrete marketing and business recommendations; partner directly with brand, content
• Program Management & Scale (15%) - Own the research roadmap and survey bank; build repeatable playbooks/templates/operatins so research scales beyond one-off studies
