Customer Marketing Manager - South Asia

About the role

The Customer Marketing Manager, South Asia (based in Delhi preferred or Mumbai, India ) is responsible for developing and implementing customer and trade marketing strategies to drive category growth, shopper engagement, and in-store execution across South Asia.

What you'll do

• Design and implement differentiated programs that create value for customers, enhance the consumer experience, and strengthen brand presence within the market
• Execute merchandising solutions, and point-of-sale materials that enable consistent and effective execution across channels
• Manage activation budgets, trade investments, and program P&Ls to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of commercial objectives
• Monitor program performance, market trends, and sales outcomes, using data and ROI analysis to optimize future investments and improve effectiveness
• Identify risks and opportunities through ongoing performance tracking and implement action plans to drive growth and profitability
